This is a group of people that will meet a couple mornings a week to walk and climb up the steps, through the fellowship hall, down the back steps, through the lower hall and up the steps . . . and so on.  If you would like to join this walking group, give the church office a call.

The Food Bank will be at the Lions building on the 3rd Friday of every month.  Please help get the word out to persons and families in need that can benefit from this wonderful program. It is from 10:00 am to 11:30 am.  The next 3 dates will be Mar 19, Apr 16, and May 21.

The UMW will be making Note Cards Mar. 27, 2010 at 10 AM - 5 PM in the Fellowship Hall to put in our church information packets to give to visitors on Sunday mornings.  You will also take home a card for yourself.  The UMW will pay for the supplies.  Everyone is welcome.

A new bible study began March 4 at 1:30 pm.  The study will continue for several weeks and be on the Psalms. 

Please don't forget the last Sunday of the month is when we are to bring items in for Helping Hand. Our next  3 Sundays are Mar 28, Apr 25, and May 30.  Mark these on your calendar.

They are currently in need of any non-perishable foods, paper goods, laundry detergent & cleaning supplies and also personal hygiene items for men & women.  When you are at the store this week, pick up a few extra items. The box is located in the overflow area.

There are many dates open for Altar Flowers. The dates open.....   are Aug. 1st, 8th, 29th;  Sept. 26th;  Oct. 3rd, 10th, 17th, 31st; Nov. 7th. Please call the office if you'd like to sign up for any of these dates.

REMINDER – If it has snowed, even a dusting, please do not park in the Funeral Home’s parking lot. Unplowed snow that is packed down by our vehicle tires will make ice- so please don’t park in the lot is there is unplowed snow on it!  Walt Lindsay has been very kind by allowing us to park in his lot.  Thank you for your cooperation.
