Helping Hands is a community emergency support organization providing food, utility funds, prescription funds, gasoline funds and housing funds, for those who are located in the Loudonville-Perrysville School District.  We are located in the lower level of the Youth Building at 222 N Union St, Loudonville,Ohio.  Hours of operation are each Tuesday from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Persons requiring assistance will need to come to this location during the hours of operation. No phone service is available.
